All group classes are designed for the healthy student and are not appropriate for students with injuries, chronic conditions that would preclude them from a group class. Our policy is for your safety and for the enjoyment of all students in our classes.

You will sweat & groove to the beat for an exhilarating 60 minutes and leave fitter, happier and healthier. You’ll learn latin moves like: Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, Samba and Cumbia. You’ll also learn International dances like Bhangra and Reggaeton.

A high intensity Bollywood cardio workout where you can burn 500-600 calories usually start with a slow warm-up, featuring explosive bursts of high energy, and emotional expression throughout. Move to the heart pumping beats of Bollywood, get ready to feel that muscle burn and unleash your inner swagger. Sometimes a workout can just be good ole fun!
In just 55 minutes you will achieve a full-body workout that blasts fat and focuses on the areas women struggle with the most: HIPS, THIGHS, SEAT, ABDOMINALS, and ARMS.
Barre classes are the fastest, most effective way to change your body.
If you have done a ballet class, you know that a barre class is VERY challenging- we take that up a few notches, add in some additional leg training tricks such as mini-balls, thera-bands, small hand weights, and will get you a tighter, firmer, more lifted booty!
